Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Definitions
Luceed Media ("Company") is an online training platform and program for Content Creation and Video Editing that provides coaching, online classes, recorded lectures, and media asset procurement services.
The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them unless otherwise specified:
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses or utilizes the Company’s services.
- "Platform" refers to the Company’s website, learning management system, and any affiliated digital properties used to deliver services.
- "Services" refer to any educational programs, coaching, recorded content, or related offerings provided by the Company.
- "Self-Paced" means the User will take the program at their own pace.
Company Responsibilities:
- The Company shall provide support through communication channels as outlined in the User’s selected package, including but not limited to messaging, community threads, and Zoom calls.
- The Company shall provide timely notifications regarding schedule updates via direct messages and group chats.
2. User Responsibilities
Commitment to Excellence:
Luceed Media is dedicated to producing the most talented video editors and content creators. To uphold the credibility of our program, a Certificate of Completion will only be issued to users who submit a final output as proof of applied learning.
The effectiveness of the training program depends on the user's willingness to participate and complete the required activities. Failure to comply with participation requirements, including submitting a final output, shall not entitle the user to a refund, unless a refund request is made within 30 days of enrollment.
Users acknowledge that success in the program depends on their engagement, application of lessons, and adherence to participation requirements.
Engagement and Participation:
The effectiveness of the training is dependent on the user’s willingness to participate. Users are responsible for:
- Attending a minimum of five (5) coaching sessions.
- Submitting a revised version of outputs for activities discussed in coaching.
- Completing recorded lectures and producing an output based on learnings.
- Creating and submitting at least ten (10) videos within thirty (30) to forty (40) days upon training completion.
Minimum Participation Requirements
Users taking Self-Paced Training Through Online Learning Platform:
Users are required to create a minimum of ten (10) videos within a 30 to 40-day period upon completion of training.
Users enrolled in the Viral Creator Online Bootcamp must:
- Be responsible with familiarizing training mechanics.
- Be responsible for their improvement/progress.
- Attend scheduled live classes as informed during Onboarding.
- Book coaching sessions as needed and actively engage in discussions.
- Ensure that any content created follows the guidelines set forth by their preferred Social Media platform.
- Submit one (1) final output on the deadline set for their batch.
Account Creation Requirements:
- Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and access the Platform.
- Users shall be responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Refund Policy
Users who fail to comply with minimum participation responsibilities and do not submit a final output shall not be entitled to a refund.
Users acknowledge that success in the program depends on their engagement, application of lessons, and adherence to participation requirements.
A refund may only be requested within a 30-day period from enrollment.
Refund requests outside this policy will not be entertained.
Effectiveness of the Program and User Accountability
The Company’s training program has been rigorously designed and refined based on the proven success of previous attendees who have fully engaged with and applied the learning materials provided. The effectiveness of the program is demonstrated by those who have met the minimum training requirements and implemented the skills taught.
As such, the User acknowledges that their progress and improvement are contingent upon their active participation, adherence to program requirements, and execution of learned concepts. The User cannot claim that the program has rendered no value unless they have fulfilled the minimum requirements outlined in Section 2 that constitute a Goods Received Note (GRN). Failure to meet these requirements within the specified duration shall be deemed as the User’s own responsibility, and the services shall be considered delivered in full.
3. Acknowledgment of Service Completion
User Responsibility for Completion
The user is responsible for meeting the minimum requirements. In the instance that the user fails to meet the minimum requirements, the company's minimum responsibilities shall serve as the basis for marking services as delivered.
Conditions for Service Completion
If the following minimum conditions have been met, the services shall be deemed delivered in full:
- The user has been granted access to the online learning platform containing the recorded lectures.
- Invitations to live class sessions have been issued.
- The user has received links to essential resources, including the appointment scheduling link and all points of contact/support channels.
- For Viral Creator Online Bootcamp attendees, an onboarding session (live or recorded) has been provided.
Failure to Engage & Program Status
If a user becomes unreachable (i.e., no response via chat, absence from live classes, failure to book coaching sessions) and does not reinstate their intent to participate within six (6) months from their batch start date, the services shall be considered delivered. The user will automatically be transitioned to Self-Paced access, continuing the program solely through recorded lectures.
If a user reinstates participation within six (6) months, they will be allowed a one-time retake and may be transferred to the next batch.
If the user fails to participate after the retake opportunity, they will be automatically transitioned to Self-Paced access, continuing the program solely through recorded lectures.
Effectiveness of the Program & User Accountability
The effectiveness of the program is demonstrated by those who have met the minimum training requirements and implemented the skills taught.

Description of Services
4.1 One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One Coaching is a limited package offered exclusively through the Viral Creator Online Bootcamp.
- Users may book coaching sessions twice a week within the specified schedule.
- The schedule will be announced during onboarding, with any changes communicated via community announcements.
- Users can book up to two (2) sessions per week for three (3) months from their batch's onboarding date.
- If no sessions are booked within the first three (3) months, five (5) sessions will be allowed, consumable within six (6) months from the batch start date.
- Coaching sessions may also be included in promotional packages, with details specified upon transaction.
4.2 Online Classes
Online classes are exclusive to Viral Creator Online Bootcamp attendees.
- Classes are held every Friday and Saturday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, based on batch start date.
- The Company will send calendar invites and schedule breakdowns, but Users are responsible for tracking their attendance.
- Weekly reminders will be issued, but attendance remains at the discretion of the User.
4.3 Recorded Lectures
Users receive lifetime access to recorded lectures.
- Lecture variety depends on the package availed.
- Users will be notified in case of migration to a different platform.
- In case of Company closure, lifetime access will be ensured via platforms like YouTube or Google Drive.
4.4 Digital Media Asset Procurement
This service is a business support service offered by the Company and is exclusive to clients with an official contract.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, videos, course materials, and proprietary methodologies, remains the exclusive property of the Company.
Users are expressly prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, or using copyrighted materials for any unauthorized purpose.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users shall refrain from engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Spamming
- Hacking
- Harassment
- Dissemination of abusive content
Users must comply with content policies aligned with the guidelines of major social media platforms, particularly concerning sensitive topics.
Enforcement of Violations:
Users found in violation of this policy shall be permanently banned from accessing the Company’s services and digital products and shall be removed from all affiliated communities and platforms.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
The Company shall not be held responsible for content created by Users that may infringe upon the rights of third parties or cause harm to any individual or entity.
The Company strictly prohibits and does not condone any unlawful, unethical, or harmful content creation.
8. Payment Terms
Payments shall be processed through Xendit or other approved installment options via bank loans, credit, or e-wallet transactions.
Installment Plan Conditions:
- The 50-50 installment plan is an in-house installment option offered by the Company.
- A minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the training cost must be paid upfront to secure enrollment.
- The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance must be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of initial payment.
- Failure to remit the balance within the stipulated period shall result in the suspension of access to services, including recorded lectures and coaching.
- Users have the option to avail of installment plans through external financing institutions such as banks or loan providers; however, the Company shall only refund the total cost of services or packages availed by the User. Any additional dues, interests, or penalties incurred through such financing institutions remain the sole responsibility of the User.
9. Termination
Users who fail to complete their payment obligations after three (3) weekly reminders (21 days) shall have their access to all availed services, including coaching, recorded lectures, live classes, and course modules, permanently revoked.
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to its services at its sole discretion in the event of a User’s violation of community guidelines, misconduct, or behavior that causes harm or disruption to other Users. Such termination shall result in a permanent ban from future services.
10. Dispute Resolution
The Company shall seek to resolve disputes amicably through its customer support channels and mediation procedures before escalating matters to formal legal proceedings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company operates.
12. Privacy Policy
Users are directed to the Company’s Privacy Policy for details on data collection, processing, and usage.
